The Talent Management Specialist role provides an exciting opportunity to you to contribute with your experience and passion within talent management activities in a dynamic and international company. You will be part of a team of dedicated colleagues with diverse background and expertise. The position is located at Elopak HQ, Skøyen, and reports to Group Head Talent Management.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, development and implementation of talent management initiatives within:
- Recruitment
- Employer branding
- Succession planning
- Employee engagement
- Develop and support implementation of global graduate/internship/trainee programs, and participate in other development initiatives.
- Assist in measuring and assessing the impact of all Talent Management activities
- Other responsibilities may also be assigned.
Candidate profile
You should have a broad functional knowledge of core HR areas, and demonstrated ability to execute talent programs and initiatives in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.
Required qualifications / experiences:
- Preferably Master’s degree within HR/Business Administration/ Management.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience, experience as HR BP is an advantage – preferably in an international organization on a corporate level
- Process-minded & driven and proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results.
- Enthusiastic and an ambitious mindset with the ability to collaborate across the organization
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in English both oral and written.
