An exciting opportunity as HR Intern in Kongsberg Maritime! Kongsberg Maritime is part of Kongsberg Gruppen, a leading global technology corporation. As our HR Intern you will work with leadership development and culture, answering day to day questions that relates to HR, assist with recruitment and on the strategic side of HR. This is a wonderful opportunity for students or newly graduated that wish to use their knowledge and build experience.
Our HR department is mainly divided in three areas, and as our HR Intern you will rotate between these. Depending on your interest and knowledge, you will have defined deliverables in each of our three functional HR departments. With us, you will join a knowledgeable team that supports over 7000 employees globally. As our HR Intern you should be curious, communicate clearly, take initiative, and find solutions.
Key accountabilities
- Support your colleagues in HR Services with case management and administrative support on HR transactional tasks
- Write job adverts, publish vacancies, and support colleagues in using our recruitment system, together with the Recruitment Team
- Join HR Managers in their daily work, such as business meetings, support to our managers and resolve issues
- Support our People & Development team with research and support material
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelors or masters degree within the field of HR
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge and interest for the HR field
- Able to work 20% for at least one year
