We are now hiring an HR Analyst to strengthen our HR Department.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about people analytics and would like to join us exploring HR data, employee surveys and market trends surrounded by a dynamic working environment.
The tasks you will solve:
- Analyzing HR data and statistics for trends concerning recruitment practices, motivation, turnover and compliance with employment laws
- Compiling reports of data results, interpret complex information and present insights
- Recommending initiatives that will improve the culture within the company
- Identifying why candidates and employees choose to work within the company and look for opportunities to strengthen our business
- Suggest improvements that will impact positively on retention

- Strong competence in numerical analysis
- Good understanding of Human Resource Management
- Higher education in relevant subjects (Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, HR, Finance or similar)
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
